上海市学生体质健康研究中心
上海市民体质研究中心拥有:进口成套体质测试系统(包括成年、儿童、老年三种人群的专业体质测试仪器)、运动心肺功能测试系统、体质评估与健康促进系统、动脉硬化风险评估系统、Bodyscanning三维人体扫描仪、等速肌力测试系统、双能X线等设备和糖尿病风险评估系统等体质测试与评价设备。中心主要开展市民体质测试与研究工作,对参加测试的市民,专家将在体质测试评价的基础上,向市民提供适合各自体质特征的健身方案,并对市民体质数据进行科学的分析和跟踪研究,使市民体育锻炼和体质监测更加科学、规范和个性化。目前中心获取市民体质监测的数据资料,掌握全市市民体质基本情况,科学有效指导市民改善身体素质、积极推进上海“健康城市”建设等方面发挥积极的作用。上海市学生体质健康研究中心拥有3台便携式心肺功能仪COSMED K5,K5是意大利COSMED公司最新研制出的可以实时对每次呼吸气体进行测定的专业便携式心肺功能仪。广泛应用于体育科研。其次,上海市学生体质健康研究中心拥有1100台ActiGraph wGT3X-BT三轴加速度传感器。与此同时,本中心拥有国内第一台由富士医科制造的高精度能量代谢舱,主要用于能量消耗的测定,此项技术处于世界领先水平。
Shanghai Civil Fitness Research Center is equipped with a variety of testing systems including fitness testing & measurement system (for children, adults and older), cardiopulmonary exercise testing system, health measurement and promotion system, atherosclerosis risk assessment system, 3D body scanner, isokinetic muscle testing system, dual energy X-ray system and diabetes risk assessment system. The center offers fitness testing services for the citizens in Shanghai and also carries research projects. For everyone who received the testing service, our specialists will build a fitness promotion plan after analyzed his/her fitness testing data, therefore offering our citizens with individualized fitness advises based on scientific measurements. Currently, the center is acquiring the fitness data from our citizens, mastering the fitness conditions at population level, and guiding our citizens for fitness improvement in a scientifically effective way, thus largely contribute to the progress of “Building the Healthy City” project for Shanghai. Shanghai Students Fitness & Health Research Center is equipped with three portable cardiopulmonary testing system (COSMED K5, Italy), which is the latest product from COSMED allowing breath-by-breath testing and has been widely used in the study of sports research. In addition, this center is also equipped with 1,000 triaxial accelerometers (ActiGraph wGT3X-BT) and the first high precision calorimetry produced by FUJI MEDICAL SCIENCE that is a state-of-the-art system utilized in accurate measurement of energy expenditure.
